Villa Project In Edremit

Our project is located in the Edremit region of Kyrenia, in a unique location where olive trees that have been rooted in our country for centuries are intertwined with nature and consists of 23 villas in total. Optionally, a pool can be built in 13 villas.

The project is located in the west area in Kyrenia.

All villas have their own private garden area, fireplace in the living room and

parking spaces within their own plots.

Type A and C villas are in the form of 5 (4+1) villas. The top floor (roof floor) of 4+1 villas can be used as a terrace. The list price of our 232 m2 4+1 villas is (480,000 – 500,000) GBP.

Type B and D villas include 18 (3+1) villas, 218 m2 and the list price is (380.000 - 420.000) GBP.

The project is planned to be completed and ready for delivery in February 2025.

The payment terms are: 25% down payment with at least 50% to be paid until handover, payment plans for the remaining amount are available through our company.
